We enclose a copy of a Report of a meeting of the FRIENDS on 6 September

We understand from your public statements that you have taken over some of the functions of the FEFC including that of trying to find some monies from Bilston Community College. Please note that this is no longer possible. All monies were properly accounted for.

Your function must surely be to objectively wind up the affairs of the FEFC and ensure that justice is done to those who were unjustly accused of fraud and make some comment on the propriety of closing Bilston Community College. This can only be done, in our view by an independent public enquiry which we ask you to support.

The FRIENDS also wish to play a continuing role in the affairs of the Black Country L&SC.

We are sending a copy of this letter to the Black Country L&SC and hope that you will both synchronise your replies so that we get a single answer.
